Pool and Aquatics
The Lake Club’s pool, one of the largest in the county, serves as a beautifully scenic backdrop for youth programs across all abilities in swimming, diving and water polo.
Programs
Programs run from Memorial Day to Labor Day, and the Club’s philosophy is that there is a place for everyone: learn-to-swim lessons for ages three to six; a pre-team program geared for swimmers aged five to seven offering instruction on core stroke principles and team concepts; and a Tiger Aquatics Team that encompasses Swimming, Diving and Water Polo.
Training and Competition
We offer instruction and training in all three sports for Pool ages seven/eight to 18 and the opportunity to compete against other clubs in the Fairfield County Swim League.
Meets and Events
Swim/Dive meets and Water Polo games are held on weekdays, and 2023 saw unprecedented numbers of young swimmers taking part in the events. The end-of-season Aquatics dinner is a highlight of the summer, and the Club takes great pride in being a cohesive group that also fosters positive competition.
