Tennis
Tennis is the game of a lifetime, and our members young and old enjoy learning and perfecting their game. The Lake Club has 12 beautifully maintained Har-Tru tennis courts available for play in spring, summer and fall; four have lights for evening play. Led by our year-round Director of Racquets, we offer one of Fairfield County’s largest and most active tennis programs for Juniors, Women, and Men. We welcome both the recreational player and those seeking more competition so that every-one, regardless of experience and ability, can take advantage of a broad range of instructional and social programs.
Juniors
We offer Spring, Summer, and Fall Junior Programs to children between the ages of four and seventeen. During the summer, our Kids Club, for children ages 4-10, incorporates tennis skills, development and readiness program with group swim instruction, lawn games and special activities each week.
Adults
For adult members, we offer comprehensive women’s and men’s instruction, intra-and interclub competitions, and mixed social events. The Men’s and Women’s competitive teams participate across a number of summer and fall leagues throughout Fairfield County. In addition, our popular intraclub leagues draw over 100 members for play and refreshments on weekday evenings.
